Tom can often be found working in the gardens on the property and making sure everything is picture perfect for your event. When you set up an appointment Tom will be happy to give you a tour of the property and can help answer any technical questions.  

Peggy O'Malley

Executive Coordinator

Peggy will provide complimentary event coordination for your Portola Inn Celebration.  She will work with you to make the vision of your event a reality,  With her experience she is happy to make suggestions, provide insight on possible set ups, create a timeline, staffing and clean up.  She can also provide a list of preferred vendors who are familiar with Portola Inn and will help your day run smoothly.
